The KC Rachel's Challenge Club Members would like to recognize many Farmington ElementaryStudents because they blew everyone away on Thursday, December 16th, 2010 with their fantastic voices! Every grade level sang a Christmas song that they started practicing from October till this past Thursday!! The production was "The Twelve Days of Christmas." The musical was directed by: Mrs. Jana McCord & Sound provided by: Mr. Zach Bishop. We thank them both very much!! The musical was a total success and we look forward to see what next year's musical brings!

The Salvation Army Bell Ringing at the Wal-Mart Grocery entrance went great. We had one 6th grader to meet there with Mrs. Kim Pickard and Ms. Jennifer Morris to help ring bells!
As we have started the first week of December, we are noticing all of the students showing even more acts of kindness!!!! They have all been good boys & girls and we know that they will deserve fantastic presents this year!!
We hope everyone is having a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving Break!!!! Always remember to be thankful for every little thing in your life. We wish you a fantastic weekend. :-)
Today at Farmington Elementary, we had Hat Day!!!!! You were only supposed to wear a hat if you brought in a dollar. We were amazed by how caring many students and teachers were to help donate!! The money will go towards the CFK (Christmas for Kids) Program which means many children will be given Christmas presents from members of the Rachel's Challenge KC Club. It would mean alot to the children and bring an everlasting smile to their face!!
On Friday December 10th from 7:00-8:00 pm Mrs. Kim Pickard and Ms. Jennifer Morris will be collecting money for the Salvation Army at the Wal-mart Grocery entrance. All 6th grade students are encouraged to meet there and help ring bells.
